The Worldwide Wheelchair Basketball Federation is enormously saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday (8 September).
A second of silence was noticed on the IWBF Males’s U23 World Championship forward of the sport between Commonwealth Nations Australia and South Africa in honour of the Head of the Commonwealth Nations and longest reigning monarch of the UK, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Our ideas exit to the folks of the UK, The Commonwealth and all these across the globe as we be part of them in mourning the lack of Her Majesty.
